Recreation and Relaxation

Our treatment complex with the 18th and 19th century Krojanty Manor is surrounded by 15 hectares of an old park, and in the west it neighbors on over 100 hectares of state forests suitable for walks and excursions.
Krojanty is a village located in the heart of Bory Tucholskie, 5 km away from the National Park and only some kilometers away from the excellent Charzykowskie Lake.

The location enables not only to walk in silence, but it is also good for romantic trips in a carriage, horse riding or bicycle trips. The reserve of biosphere created in our area guarantees a unique microclimate and it guarantees a renewal of physical forces and mental relaxation.

REHABILITATION-SPORTS HALL

450 m2 of heated and air-conditioned area. It houses a tennis court, a volleyball playfield, and badminton playfields.

Just near to the hall, in the cellar of the BUILDING there is club "Słodownia", in which you can rest and regenerate forces after the sports effort.

Hall + facilities, cloakrooms, Club "Słodownia", corridors are over 650 m2 of surface area for active people.

GYM

Exercises in groups of 5-6 persons with a rehabilitation therapist, focused on training of muscles and ligaments for 20-30 minutes.

BICYCLE TRIPS, CAMPFIRES

The patients and accompanying people have at their disposal 20 bikes, enabling short sightseeing trips in the vicinity and longer trips to the National Park, under the care of an instructor.

Once per two weeks we organize for patients a campfire meeting, where, together with an accompaniment of the accordion, we sing, barbecue and relax.

HORSES

The willing are welcome to take a ride in chaises or sledges.
